Welcome to Vusion.art, operated by VUSION EOOD, a Bulgarian limited liability company registered in Sofia, Bulgaria. By accessing or using the Vusion.art service at vusion.art, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
§ 01
Your use of our Service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and creates a legally binding agreement between you and VUSION EOOD. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email to your registered address, in-app notification, and by posting on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Current version: 1.2 (effective July 22, 2026). Version 1.2 removed the service tier grid and the plan-based model training license introduced in version 1.1, because no plan is offered for sale during the private beta and we do not train our own models on your content. It also removed references to policies we have not published. Version 1.1 (July 11, 2026) had introduced those provisions.
You must be at least 18 years old, capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law, and not prohibited from using the Service under Bulgarian or applicable law.
§ 02
Vusion.art is an AI film production engine that enables users to generate images, videos, and other content using artificial intelligence models. The Service includes:
Vusion.art integrates with third-party AI model providers and with the generation infrastructure providers that route requests to them. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms, which are incorporated by reference.
The Service is currently in private beta. Access is granted by approval following an application; there is no public pricing, no free tier, and no self-serve signup. No subscription plan is offered for sale at this time.
Paid plans will be introduced at general launch. When they are, we will publish the plan names, their prices, and the commercial use rights, output limits, and support commitments attached to each, and we will give you at least 30 days' notice before any plan takes effect for your account. Until then, every reference in these Terms to your plan or your tier should be read as referring to the terms of your beta access.
§ 03
To use certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information; maintain and update your account information; keep your password secure; and notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
You are responsible for all activities under your account. You agree not to share credentials, not to allow others to access your account, not to create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations, and not to create accounts using automated means.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, generate prohibited content, your account is inactive for 12 or more months (with notice), or if required by law.

§ 04
You own the content you generate using the Service, subject to compliance with these Terms and upstream model licenses.
You retain all intellectual property rights to content you generate using Vusion.art. This ownership is subject to your compliance with these Terms and upstream model licenses (see below).
You retain all rights to prompts, input images, and other content you provide. By providing content, you grant VUSION EOOD a limited license to process it for Service provision.
By using the Service, you grant VUSION EOOD a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to: store, process, and transmit your content for Service provision; display your content to you and authorized users; generate AI outputs based on your prompts; and improve services using aggregated, anonymized data.
We do not claim ownership of your generated content, share your content publicly without permission, or use your content for purposes beyond those stated here. During the private beta we do not use your content to train or improve our own models. If that changes when paid plans are introduced, we will set out in the Privacy Policy which plans it applies to, give you an opt-out you can use at any time, and notify you before the change takes effect. See the Privacy Policy for how your content is handled.
While you own the output, you must comply with the licenses of the AI models used to generate it. You are responsible for verifying that model licenses permit your intended use, complying with attribution requirements, and respecting commercial use restrictions based on your tier.
Model-specific notes: commercial use permissions differ from model to model and are set by each model provider's license. Some models permit commercial use without restriction, some require attribution, and some restrict it. Check the license that applies to the model you used before using its output commercially.
The Service itself, including website design and code, Vusion.art branding and logos, room templates created by Vusion.art, documentation and tutorials, and platform features, remains the exclusive property of VUSION EOOD. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform code, use our trademarks without permission, reverse engineer the service, or create derivative works.
§ 05
You agree NOT to use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute content that violates these categories:
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, legal action, and reporting to authorities for illegal content.
§ 06
Depending on your tier, you receive monthly generation credits, queue priority, and model access. Usage beyond included limits may incur additional charges.
AI models may be added, removed, or updated at any time. We do not guarantee continuous availability of any specific model, consistency of results across model versions, or that generated content will meet your expectations.
AI-generated content is probabilistic and may contain artifacts, unexpected elements, inconsistencies, or failures to follow prompts accurately. We make no guarantees about quality, accuracy, or suitability for any purpose.
During the private beta, the commercial use permitted to you is the scope agreed with you in writing when your access was approved. If nothing was agreed in writing, you may use your generated content for your own portfolio, for social media, and for research and education, but not for client work, resale, broadcast, or theatrical distribution. Ask us at info@vusion.art before using beta output commercially. When paid plans are introduced, each plan will state its own commercial use scope and that scope will replace this paragraph for your account.
§ 07
No fees are charged during the private beta. This section applies from the introduction of paid plans and describes how billing will work once they are available.
Fees are billed monthly or annually (your choice), charged in advance, and subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Payments are processed via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize recurring charges.
Fees do not include applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax). You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase.
Generally, no refunds for partial months. Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period. Unused credits do not roll over unless specified in your tier.
Failure to pay may result in service suspension, account termination, loss of generated content and data, and collection actions.
§ 08
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Contact

to exercise your GDPR rights (access, correct, delete, port your data).
By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data will be processed by VUSION EOOD (Bulgaria), by our generation infrastructure providers, and by third-party AI model providers. Some of those providers operate outside the EEA, including in China, which has no EU adequacy decision; those transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses. The Privacy Policy sets out the categories of recipients in full.
§ 09
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Vusion.art acts as an intermediary to third-party AI services. We are not responsible for model performance or availability, third-party service failures, model license changes, content generated by AI models, or actions of our generation infrastructure providers or of model providers.
Vusion.art does not guarantee that content is free from copyright claims, that your use complies with all applicable licenses, or that third parties won't assert rights over AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for verifying license compliance, obtaining legal advice if needed, and defending against infringement claims.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VUSION EOOD shall not be liable for direct damages (loss of data, service interruptions, content errors, security breaches) or indirect damages (lost profits, lost business opportunities, reputational harm, consequential damages).
Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to VUSION in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
§ 10
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VUSION EOOD and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
For disputes under €10,000, either party may elect binding arbitration under Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce rules.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any purported class action.
§ 12
If you believe content on Vusion.art infringes your copyright, submit a takedown notice to
info@vusion.art
with subject "DMCA Takedown Request". Include your contact information, description of the copyrighted work, URL of infringing content, good faith statement, statement under penalty of perjury, and your signature. We respond within 24 to 72 hours.
If your content was removed due to a DMCA claim and you believe it was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification to the same address, identifying the content that was removed and explaining why you believe the removal was in error.
§ 13
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service or any part of it, change features and functionality, update or replace AI models, adjust pricing or tier features, and add or remove integrations.
For material changes affecting your rights or features, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice and the option to cancel before changes take effect.
§ 14
You may terminate your account at any time via account settings or by emailing
info@vusion.art
. During the private beta, cancellation takes effect immediately. Once paid plans are introduced, cancellation of a paid plan takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or if we must comply with legal requirements.
Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately. We keep your generated content available for 30 days after termination so that you can download it, and delete it after that period. Subscription fees are non-refundable. Sections covering indemnification and disclaimers survive termination.
§ 15
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VUSION EOOD.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to any successor entity.
We are not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, war, pandemics, government actions, or third-party service outages.
These Terms are drafted in English. Translations may be provided for convenience, but the English version governs.
