Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about Vusion.art

Vusion.art is an AI film production engine that carries a project from first reference to finished master: pre-visualize, generate, grade, dub, and deliver. These are the questions people ask most, answered in the first sentence.

The engine

What is Vusion.art?

Vusion.art is an AI film production engine that carries a project from first reference to finished master: pre-visualize, generate, grade, dub, and deliver. It is one place to pre-visualize in 3D, generate image and video, grade and finish, and dub, without leaving the room. Built in MENA, for directors, brand teams, agencies, TV and post houses, and creators.

Is Vusion.art a video generator?

No. Vusion.art is not a generator. It is an AI film production engine that carries a project from first reference to finished master: pre-visualize, generate, grade, dub, and deliver. Generate is one of the stages the engine covers, not the whole of it. Vusion.art is built for the directors, brand teams, agencies, TV and post houses, and creators who know exactly what they want and need tools that keep up.

What's in Vusion.art?

Vusion.art is organized around five rooms: SCOUT for 3D pre-visualization, MOODBOARD for reference and palette, ANALYZE for reading a reference's light, lens and grade, STORYBOARD → VIDEO for turning panels into moving shots, and CHARACTER for character, wardrobe and performance. You work them in whatever order the job needs, not as a fixed pipeline. Beneath them sit the tools for image, video, voice and dub.

What is the difference between a stage and a room in Vusion.art?

In Vusion.art, a stage is a unit of work and a room is where you do it. Five rooms carry every stage: SCOUT, MOODBOARD, ANALYZE, STORYBOARD → VIDEO, CHARACTER. You pick the stage the project needs, direct it, then move on. You work the rooms in whatever order the job needs, not as a fixed pipeline.

The five rooms

What is the SCOUT room?

SCOUT is the 3D pre-visualization room in Vusion.art, and the flagship. It builds an explorable 3D scene from a single still or a line of text: place the props, set the lens, and block the shot before anyone flies. Animate Mode lays your camera path frame by frame at 60fps, so the shot is decided before anyone rigs a light. SCOUT is the newest of the five rooms, and all five are available in the private beta.

What is the MOODBOARD room?

Reference and palette live in MOODBOARD, a room in Vusion.art. Six images, one direction: build the board your team agrees on, with references, palette and tone in one place, so the visual direction is locked before the first frame rolls.

What is the ANALYZE room?

ANALYZE is the room in Vusion.art that reads a reference. Drop any image and Vusion.art reads its light, lens, palette and mood, writes the recipe, and extracts the grade. You can mask, annotate and compare side by side, then lock the look as a LUT across the whole project.

What is the STORYBOARD → VIDEO room?

STORYBOARD → VIDEO is the room in Vusion.art that turns storyboard panels into moving shots. Draw the shot and watch it move: frame the panel, set the beat, and Vusion.art animates the board into video, shot by shot, in 4K.

What is the CHARACTER room?

The CHARACTER room in Vusion.art covers character, wardrobe and performance. It holds character sheets, wardrobe swaps, expression and movement presets, and multi-angle coverage, with presets across pose, expression, movement, and Heritage, the preset group for regional attire, architecture, palette and gesture. Record yourself, and the output copies the performance.

Can Vusion.art hold a character consistent across shots?

Yes. Character consistency across shots is what Vusion.art's CHARACTER room is for: character sheets, wardrobe swaps, expression and movement presets, and multi-angle coverage hold the same subject from shot to shot, and you can record yourself so the output copies the performance. Character and environment consistency across campaigns is also one of the things a team leaves the VUSION Workshop with.

Access and the private beta

Is Vusion.art free?

Vusion.art is in private beta: there is no public pricing, no free tier, and no self-serve signup. Access is granted by approval after an application. Join the waitlist and we will reach out when a place opens. Paid plans will be announced at launch.

How does private beta access to Vusion.art work?

Access to Vusion.art is by approval, not self-serve signup. You apply by joining the waitlist at beta.vusion.art; places are limited and approved by the team, and Vusion.art reaches out when a place opens. A limited number of teams are working inside the engine now. There is no public pricing and no free tier during the private beta, and paid plans will be announced at launch.

What do I get with private beta access?

Private beta access opens the full engine: every stage, Search to Deliver, in any order. You get 4K masters in 16:9, 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5. Vusion.art is browser-based, so no install is required, and you can work in Arabic or English.

Does Vusion.art have an API?

No. Vusion.art has no public API. It is a browser-based engine, in private beta, with no public pricing, no free tier and no self-serve signup, and access is granted by approval after an application.

What you can make

Can I export 4K masters?

Yes. Vusion.art exports 4K masters, in 16:9, 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5. Available resolution depends on the model you pick for a given shot; the engine shows format compatibility before you generate.

Can I use Vusion.art for e-commerce and brand content?

Yes. Vusion.art handles e-commerce and brand content as a first-class case: wardrobe and styling swaps, multi-angle product coverage, clean cyc backgrounds, and masters in 1:1, 9:16, 4:5, and 16:9. Brand teams and agencies work in the same engine directors use: same tools, different output.

Does Vusion.art fit broadcast VFX work?

Yes. Vusion.art covers broadcast VFX work: clean plates, inpainting, multi-angle coverage, and voice and dub for language masters. It is built to sit alongside the post tools a facility already runs, not to replace them.

Does Vusion.art replace the post tools we already run?

No. Vusion.art is built to sit alongside the post tools a facility already runs, not to replace them. It covers the stages around them: pre-visualization in 3D, image and video generation, grading and finishing, voice and dub, and delivery in every ratio. For broadcast VFX work that means clean plates, inpainting, multi-angle coverage, and voice and dub for language masters.

Can I pick which AI model a shot uses?

Yes. In Vusion.art you pick the model for a given shot: every model you would actually reach for sits in one place, with a director's eye above them all. The model you pick sets the resolution available for that shot, and the engine shows format compatibility before you generate.

What kinds of projects is Vusion.art made for?

Vusion.art is made for anything from a commercial to a feature. The work shown on vusion.art, real frames and real grades straight from the engine, spans commercial, automotive, branding, food and beverage, music video, fashion film, animation, short film, documentary, trailer, restoration, cinemagraph and effects.

Language and region

Does Vusion.art support Arabic and MENA content? هل يدعم فيوجن المحتوى العربي؟

Voice cloning and dubbing in Arabic and English first, with more languages rolling out through the beta. Cultural intelligence sits in CHARACTER, in its Heritage presets. Vusion.art works in either language.

What are Heritage presets in Vusion.art?

Heritage presets are the preset group inside Vusion.art's CHARACTER room for regional attire, architecture, palette and gesture. They direct the output to the cultural detail that generic models miss. Vusion.art was built inside MENA rather than adapted for it, and that directorial judgment is calibrated into the engine as a cultural layer, so the output reads right at home and travels to any market.

Training your team

Can you train my team to use Vusion.art?

Yes. The VUSION Workshop is twenty hours, on-site or hybrid, taught by Roy Chucri, the director who built the engine, and Samer Boustany, who builds the training programs that move teams onto new tools. Your team works real briefs in Arabic and English and leaves shipping, not watching slides. Built for agencies, brand studios, universities, and production houses. Request a Workshop and Roy follows up within 48 hours.

What does a team learn in the VUSION Workshop?

The VUSION Workshop runs twenty hours, modular, delivered in-person or hybrid, in Arabic and English. A team leaves with a production workflow built around its own output types, prompt engineering fluency for commercial and cinematic briefs, character and environment consistency across campaigns, and color and aesthetic control matched to its brand. The team works real briefs and leaves running the engine, not holding slides.

What is YALLA AI?

YALLA AI is a free weekly live session from Vusion.art, in Arabic and English, where the MENA creative scene gathers to learn AI production together. It is starting soon: no first-episode date has been announced.

Commercial-use rights during the private beta are set out in the terms of service.

The company

Who built Vusion.art?
